Deadline reminders for every client, on one email
The registrar's free reminder service works company by company: you sign in to its online filing service for each one, or, once you have 15 or more, email a password-protected spreadsheet with every company's authentication code and receive the reminders at a single address. Pro needs only the company numbers. Paste up to 200 at once on your account page, send the reminders to you and up to 3 colleagues, and see every client's next accounts and confirmation-statement dates on one page, 30, 14 and 3 days ahead by email.
Who it suits
Pro is built for people who keep track of other people's companies: accountants and bookkeepers, company secretarial services, formation agents and anyone who looks after the paperwork for a group of businesses. It is most useful for new clients whose authentication codes you do not hold yet, and for practices that would rather not register every client separately with the registrar.
Looking after your own company? The registrar's free reminder service covers you. Kompanies is for people who track many companies.
How it works
- Paste your client list. On your account page, paste up to 200 company numbers at a time, separated by commas, spaces or new lines. Companies we hold are added at once; we look up the rest on the register.
- Choose who gets them. The reminders go to you, and you can add up to 3 more addresses in your practice. Each extra address confirms once by email before anything is sent to it.
- Get the reminders. From then on you receive an email 30, 14 and 3 days before each accounts and confirmation-statement deadline, with the date and a link to the company on the register.
To see every first-year date for a new client, use the key dates tool.
Without Pro, one email address can follow up to three companies. Pro removes that limit for the address you subscribe with.

Common questions
Can I add 50 clients at once?
Yes — paste up to 200 numbers at a time; we fetch any we don't already hold.
How do I cancel?
Open the account page linked in your welcome email and use Update card or cancel. There is no minimum term, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do I get a VAT invoice?
No VAT is charged, because the seller is below the VAT registration threshold. Stripe issues an invoice for every payment, which you can download from the billing page linked from your account page.
Where do the deadlines come from?
From each company's own record on the UK public register of companies, reused under the Open Government Licence v3.0 and refreshed every night.
