What you get
Free. Every company, city and sector page is open to everyone without an account. You can set up deadline reminders for up to three companies on one email address. Each reminder arrives 30, 14 and 3 days before the company's accounts and confirmation statement are due.
Weekly export, £49 a month per postcode area. Every Monday you receive a CSV file of all companies incorporated in your chosen postcode area during the previous week, with directors, SIC codes, registered office address and filing deadlines, plus a website where we found one. It is built for firms that offer services to new businesses.
Pro reminders, £4 a month. The same reminders for up to 2,000 companies: paste up to 200 company numbers at once, send the reminders to you and up to 3 colleagues, and see every client's next dates on one page, downloadable as CSV. It suits accountants, bookkeepers and agents who look after several clients, and it needs no authentication codes. It is not for a single company you own, because the registrar reminds you free. Your account page lists the companies you follow.
How billing works
Payments are taken by Stripe, so your card details never reach our server. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account page. Prices are in pounds sterling and no VAT is charged.
Common questions
Do I need an account to use the free plan?
No. Reminders only need your email address, which you confirm by clicking a link we send you.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Open the account page linked in your welcome email and use the Update card or cancel button. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Where does the data come from?
From the UK public register of companies, reused under the Open Government Licence v3.0. We update it every night.
Do you charge VAT?
No. The seller is below the VAT registration threshold, so the price shown is the full amount you pay.
