We'll send one confirmation email first. Reminders only; no marketing. Privacy.

Why this matters

How reminders work

Search for your company by number or name, choose it from the list and enter your email address. We send a confirmation link straight away, and nothing else is sent until you click it, so nobody can sign you up without your say-so. After that you get one email 30 days, one 14 days and one 3 days before each deadline. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and your mail app's own unsubscribe button works too.

Which deadlines

Annual accounts. Every limited company delivers accounts to the registrar each year, even if it did not trade. A new company's first accounts are due 21 months after incorporation; after that they are due 9 months after the end of each financial year.

Confirmation statement. At least once every 12 months the company confirms that its details on the register, such as directors, shareholders, registered office and SIC codes, are correct. It is due within 14 days of the end of each review period. The dates in your reminders come from the company's own record on the register.

Common questions

Is it really free?

Yes, for up to three companies on one email address. Pro reminders cover up to 2,000 companies, pasted 200 at a time, for £4 a month.

Will you send me anything else?

No. You get the confirmation email at the start and then only the reminder emails for the companies you chose.

What if my company is not found?

Search by company number or name. New companies appear the morning after they are registered, and older companies are looked up on the official register when you search. If a company still is not found, check its number on the official register.
